Inspection Results
Well now it's official - we are a "GOOD" school - again!
We have been inspectd by OFSTED and they have concluded that we are a "Good" school with "Outstanding Elements" and a "good capacity for further improvement".
We have also been inspected by the Church of England and they too have concluded we are "Good" with "Outstanding Elements"
This is a tremendous tribute to our pupils, our teaching and other staff, our parents, the Friends and the Governors - thank you to everyone who has put so much effort into this. We know Yaxham is a good school - but you never know what Ofsted will say. Well, yet again, they agree with us. Thank you to all the parents and staff for completing and returning all the Ofsted questionnaires and giving such a positive response - the inspector said he does not remember recieving such a response before!

This is a great result for the village, school and parish.” County Cllr Cliff Jordan said “I was very pleased to get the report give my warmest congratulations to the staff and Governors."

Ofsted November 2011 Inspection Report - Yaxham Primary School was inspected as overall as "Good" with "Outstanding" elements. Church of England December 2011 Inspection Report - Yaxham Primary School was inspected for its religious education and was rated overall as "Good". Yaxham was selected on a random basis as part of a wider survey across the country. The inspector was with us all day and our grading is "Good". Congratulations to Mrs Nightingale and all the staff and pupils that made this happen on the day - and all the work that has gone into ICT - WELL DONE YAXHAM!
